1988Ryan Legg joined Bobby Unser Transportation in Wilmington, NC
1990Ryan joined RWI, division of Castellini Produce in Cincinnati, OH where he was later named Director of Operations.
1997-2006Ryan cofounded Total Quality Logistics (TQL) in 1997.
In 2006, TQL’s sales exceeded $300 million, and Ryan sold his interest in the company.
2009March of 2009, MegaCorp Logistics was established in Wilmington, NC by Denise and Ryan Legg and received DOT operating authorities.
May 2009, Regional offices in Cincinnati, OH and Elkins, WV opened.
December 2009, MegaCorp sales reached $3.5 million.
2016MegaCorp is ranked in the Top 50 Freight Brokerage Firms by Transport Topics
MegaCorp is voted in the Greater Cincinnati Top Workplaces
Revenue totaled $114 Million by EOY
2017In early 2017, Denise Legg steps down as CEO, Ryan Legg becomes CEO, Bob Klare is named President, Josh Gentry is named Vice President, and Jim “Gunny” Sanders is named Corporate Operations Director.
At the end of 2017, revenue totaled $191 Million (66% Growth)
2018-2020The regional office in Jacksonville, FL opened.
At the end of 2018, revenue totaled $330 Million
At the end of 2019, revenue totaled $284 Million

2020-2023In September 2021 Morgantown, WV regional office opened.
At the end of 2021, revenue totaled $742 Million
