MegaCorp Logistics Ranks Among Highest-Scoring Businesses on Inc.’s Annual List of Best Workplaces for 2024

MegaCorp Logistics has been named to Inc.’s annual Best Workplaces list.

Prominently featured on Inc.com, the list is the result of a comprehensive measurement of American companies that have excelled in creating exceptional workplaces and company cultures, whether operating in a physical or a virtual facility.

MegaCorp Logistics was founded by Denise and Ryan Legg in 2009 and specializes in full and less-than-truckload shipments. They are committed to creating long-term, strategic partnerships with their clients who range from Fortune 500 companies to regional companies and distributors. MegaCorp serves all business sectors of the US economy including (but not limited to): food, manufacturing, retail, government, textiles and metals/building materials.

After collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. selected 543 honorees this year. Each company that was nominated took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, which included topics such as management effectiveness, perks, fostering employee growth, and overall company culture. The organization’s benefits were also audited to determine overall score and ranking.

Ryan Legg, Founder and CEO of MegaCorp, expressed his pride in the company being recognized once again as one of Inc’s Best Workplaces: “From the outset of MegaCorp, I aimed to create a workplace where our employees have everything they need to thrive, advance their careers, and build a fulfilling life for themselves and their families,” Legg stated. He emphasized that receiving accolades like this validates his commitment to that goal. “Our team members’ hard work and dedication are the foundation of our success. They embody MegaCorp’s mission every day, delivering exceptional service to our clients and carrier partners, and I couldn’t be prouder of each and every one of them.”

“Each year, Inc.’s Best Workplaces program recognizes the very best in terms of companies that have fostered a truly amazing culture,” says Inc. editor-in-chief Mike Hofman. “We use hard metrics and data as well as qualitative measures for judging in order to find the very best—and we’re proud that the program is highly selective.”
